Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese therapy that encourages natural healing, reduces/relieves pain, and improves function in affected areas. During treatment, points/ along energy pathways are stimulated by inserting very fine needles.
How does Acupuncture work?
Acupuncture stimulates the body to produce chemicals called ‘endorphins’, which attach to areas on the central nervous system and help to block pain messages from the body to the brain.
